The Bible, God's book of Jurisprudence

The TORAH of God is LAW
God placed into the earth his WORD, hence putting himself on display. He told Moses to do the same thing via the Ark of the Covenant....This is legal precedent based on Treaty Law

Jurisprudence:
1) The science or philosophy of law
2) A system or body of law

The United States of America is comprised of fifty states that are in agreement to the constitution adopted to govern these lands or, in ancient legal terms, in covenant. When we look at historical kingdoms whether it be Rome, Greece, Persia, and or Babylon all have a ruling body that governs various provinces or lesser kingdoms, hence, 50 states.  As I personally study Ancient Near East Treaty Law I realize that what we refer to as "World Governments" all follow a pattern of King and Kingdom to include Heads of State, Elected Officials, Supreme Rulers, Presidents, Prime Ministers, Dictators, etc, etc. All adopt laws by which to govern. I would suggest to you that this is the model by which the Creator, YEHOVAH, has purposed when creating life. However, when contemplating the Bible, what is created, given a choice, chose to be out of alignment with the Creator. God created "Life" he is not subject to it. In the same way our choice created chaos as opposed to the order by which we are created...we are outside of life too...?

The story of fallen man via Adam and Eve presents to us another character who appears in the garden. This character is given an ordinance via legal stipulation. As a result of the eternal law being broken the Kingdom born into this earth produced the first death of a human being (YHVH killed the animal offering grace.  Cain killed his brother offering opposition to grace...(See legal terminology link below)...I would suggest that Powers and Principalities now governed men, and the hearts of men based on a perversion of the legal precedence by which both Cain and Abel previously presented themselves before the LORD. Abel's death solidified murder, strife, envy, greed, selfishness, and unrighteousness as a predominant characteristic of the kingdoms of men. Furthermore, I would suggest to you that the interpretation of God's Law now arbitrary as opposed to thou SHALL not!

Hence the legal systems that are now represented in the world are a result of men or mankind continually breaking the Law. "But of the Tree of the Knowledge of Good & Evil thou SHALL NOT EAT! [Clearly a Command] The laws in contrast, inacted  throughout every millennium are proof that mankind is lawless and so too, the Kingdoms born of interpretation. All are ruled based on or purposed for Good, against Evil...Stay with me. To our Creator, his will simply applied, is meant to keep us from playing in traffic or with loaded guns! [We like loaded guns and playing with sin!]

God created LIFE...The Creator exists outside of life. Life is a creation rather than an inclusion for us to become a part of. Both man and woman were created in the image of God to do something based on the manner by which God governs what is created. YEHOVAH is Righteous, Holy, (set apart) his ways are not our ways. What is He therefore, set apart from? I would suggest, LIFE! We however live set apart from him due to the Kingdoms that we have resurrected based on lawlessness. All have fallen short, "Missed the mark," as it were. We live according to death. However by Royal decree,  of the Creator of, "Life" death will be removed.

Isaiah 25:8 He has swallowed up death forever! The Lord Yahweh will wipe away tears from off all faces. He will take the reproach of his people away from off all the earth, for Yahweh has spoken it.

In the mean time
1 John 3:4 Everyone who sins breaks the law; in fact, sin is lawlessness.

Every Kingdom, Government,  and Empire to have ever existed or that is current in the world today breaks the Law. Every religious system known exists within, lawlessness. God did not kill the Satan but rather commanded him, gave to him ability.

Genesis 3:14 Yahweh God said to the serpent, "Because you have done this, you are cursed above all livestock, and above every animal of the field. On your belly you shall go, and you shall eat dust all the days of your life.
Genesis 3:19  By the sweat of your face will you eat bread until you return to the ground, for out of it you were taken. For you are dust, and to dust you shall return."

A consideration: Snakes do not eat dust however mankind was taken from the dust....?
Akal (Strong's 398)  burn up, consume, devourer, up, dine, eater, up, A primitive root; to eat (literally or figuratively) -- X at all, burn up, consume, devour(-er, up), dine, eat(-er, up), feed (with), food, X freely, X in...wise(-deed, plenty), (lay) meat, X quite.

In one sense Yahweh deeded to the Satan, dust. Or.... he took the Kingdom away from Adam...
Legal precedent I might add.

1 Samuel 13:13 Samuel said to Saul, "You have done foolishly. You have not kept the commandment of Yahweh your God, which he commanded you; for now Yahweh would have established your kingdom on Israel forever.

Moreover,  you will notice in the following discourse that the Satan or tempter is very actively encouraging the "Son" (Vassal) to do something.

Matthew 4:3 The tempter came and said to him, "If you are the Son of God, command that these stones become bread."

The "Son" quotes Kingdom Law....not the laws of mankind nor does he come into agreement with the Satan's offer: Please see legal terminology of the time listed below

Matthew 4:4 But he answered, "It is written, 'Man shall not live by bread alone, but by every word that proceeds out of the mouth of God.'"

Deuteronomy 8:3 He humbled you, and allowed you to hunger, and fed you with manna, which you didn't know, neither did your fathers know; that he might make you know that man does not live by bread only, but by everything that proceeds out of the mouth of Yahweh does man live.

The word "Son" in ancient near east legal vernacular is a reference to "Vassal King" (or lesser king) I offer that the Lesser, (Human form) is quoting God's Laws and not laws put forth as a result of Lawlessness.

Satan appears to exercise his interpretation, his rules , which are a perversion of God's jurisprudence. In other words, the Satan did not create anything but rather (and up until this moment) was allowed to pervert everything that is Holy, Righteous and Set apart. The very life of Cain is introduced to the biblical narrative under these rules. He was the first birth under lawlessness. Equally, the very presence of the Satan centuries later establishes the Satan existing, cursed! A curse is...legal precedent so too are blessings. Satan is operating comfortably under a system of Good & Evil..To the Satan, "Is it not a good thing that I grant to you, via covenant, kingdoms of the earth?"

Well, had the Lesser or "Son" not set legal  precedent, based on Kingdom law the outcome of this legal discourse would have been far worse. Adam rejected Kingdom Law, Yeshua quoted Kingdom Law, adhering to the principals therein.

The nations of the earth are all out of covenant with LIFE.......Death governs every Kingdom in the earth. This fact is an extension of the consequence of being out of covenant with our Creator.  Our legal systems regulate death and destruction. Virtually every kingdom born after Cain is ruled by a system of laws hoping to achieve what was set into motion when God spoke. The problem is in our interpretation. Mankind can only interpret Life through the lens of Good & Evil. This is the choice that we made, the kingdoms of dust are a result! Personally, I believe our evil inclination activate...the Satan!

The legal terminology(s) from ancient kingdoms are very, very important to understand because, when reading the "Book of Jurisprudence" or the Bible...legal terminology is pervasive throughout the text. Our modern structures are not a separate reality but rather born of the same reality. In the English, reading the text is comparative to reading upside down or reading from reverse order. Worse, reading the stories with out understanding the cultural identity of the time, the legal systems governing, and the manner by which kingdoms operated with borders, alliances, and relationships. I write to the average person sitting in the pews....Most of us are clueless about How God is bringing forward his Kingdom into this earth. We have every nation in the world demonstrating how he is doing this. All are modeled after his jurisprudence, all have fallen, do to lawlessness. This is difference between what he spoke and what we interpreted We do what the Satan did. Our laws are based on his presence within every Kingdom of the earth.
We are not able to see LIFE in the intended word spoken until we understand the laws that govern, life. Religion maintains the debate of lawlessness, in my opinion!

"I will place my Law upon your heart"

Jeremiah 31:33
But this is the covenant that I will make with the house of Israel after those days, says Yahweh: I will put my law in their inward parts, and in their heart will I write it; and I will be their God, and they shall be my people:

The Apostle Paul is quoting Jeremiah's legal, binding obligation of God's stated obligation under, covenant law

Hebrews 10:16 "This is the covenant that I will make with them: 'After those days,' says the Lord, 'I will put my laws on their heart, I will also write them on their mind;'" then he says,

All of the nations of the earth are in rebellion to God therefore, chaos, lawlessness and the characteristics of Good and Evil are what shred perfect order...The coming tribulation represents chaos and mankind appears to be hell bent on ushering more of the same at the end of the beginning too!
