Left Behind (with Israel?)

I remember years ago encouraging my son to read the entire, "Left Behind" series written by Tim LaHaye and Jerry Jenkins. Well, we all make bad parenting decisions but sometimes you simply don't know what you don't know. The "Left Behind" books never, not one time talk about the full restoration of Israel and or the biblical narrative that much of Christianity via Catholicism threw under the bus. What the Christian does not know about the Bible is staggering. What the Christians do know about the Bible is why we don't know the Biblical narrative...It is demonic actually...(and so it goes)....
Please my LORD, set us free from what/how we have been taught and how we have been deceived

I have never heard one Christian Pastor teach Isaiah 60 in all of the years that I have been saved (according to Christian Doctrine) I have never been taught anything about all of the promises that God made concerning Israel. Not one time in 40 years has a Christian pastor taught me about the Festivals of the Lord, Shemitah, Hebrew Calendar, Hebrew Language, Paleo-Hebrew, Chanukkah, and or Purim (Just to name a miniscule few). I have never been taught anything about ancient Israel accept for their failures. Everything that I was taught as a Christian who accepted Jesus as Lord and savior is that the Church was the center piece of what Jesus was all about. This included the rapture theory. Today, I don't believe about 98 % of what I was taught as a Christian. I often consider the fact  that no pastor ever encouraged me to visit a Synagogue, talk with a Rabbi or get to know anything Jewish.......This while teaching me what they wanted me to know from a book written exclusively by Jewish people....How does this go unnoticed, unquestioned?

So for me to now go see the new movie, "Left Behind" starring actor Nicolas Cage means that I would be sitting in the audience pointing out Biblical inaccuracies for 111 minutes or worse, in stroke territory due to irritation! A bigger problem really, is knowing that millions of Christians, the world over don't have a clue as to why I am writing this post. Well, time to get ready for Yom Kippur!

Yom Kippur (Hebrew: יוֹם כִּפּוּר, IPA: [ˈjom kiˈpuʁ], or יום הכיפורים), also known as Day of Atonement, is the holiest day of the year for the Jewish people. Its central themes are atonement and repentance
(Jesus was one of those Jewish People and that my friend was a God move

Isaiah Chapter 60

1 Arise, shine, for thy light is come, and the glory of the LORD is risen upon thee.
2 For, behold, darkness shall cover the earth, and gross darkness the peoples; but upon thee the LORD will arise, and His glory shall be seen upon thee.
3 And nations shall walk at thy light, and kings at the brightness of thy rising.
4 Lift up thine eyes round about, and see: they all are gathered together, and come to thee; thy sons come from far, and thy daughters are borne on the side.
5 Then thou shalt see and be radiant, and thy heart shall throb and be enlarged; because the abundance of the sea shall be turned unto thee, the wealth of the nations shall come unto thee.
6 The caravan of camels shall cover thee, and of the young camels of Midian and Ephah, all coming from Sheba; they shall bring gold and incense, and shall proclaim the praises of the LORD.
7 All the flocks of Kedar shall be gathered together unto thee, the rams of Nebaioth shall minister unto thee; they shall come up with acceptance on Mine altar, and I will glorify My glorious house.
8 Who are these that fly as a cloud, and as the doves to their cotes?
9 Surely the isles shall wait for Me, and the ships of Tarshish first, to bring thy sons from far, their silver and their gold with them, for the name of the LORD thy God, and for the Holy One of Israel, because He hath glorified thee.
10 And aliens shall build up thy walls, and their kings shall minister unto thee; for in My wrath I smote thee, but in My favour have I had compassion on thee.
11 Thy gates also shall be open continually, day and night, they shall not be shut; that men may bring unto thee the wealth of the nations, and their kings in procession.
12 For that nation and kingdom that will not serve thee shall perish; yea, those nations shall be utterly wasted.
13 The glory of Lebanon shall come unto thee, the cypress, the plane-tree and the larch together; to beautify the place of My sanctuary, and I will make the place of My feet glorious.
14 And the sons of them that afflicted thee shall come bending unto thee, and all they that despised thee shall bow down at the soles of thy feet; and they shall call thee the city of the LORD, the Zion of the Holy One of Israel.
15 Whereas thou hast been forsaken and hated, so that no man passed through thee, I will make thee an eternal excellency, a joy of many generations.
16 Thou shalt also suck the milk of the nations, and shalt suck the breast of kings; and thou shalt know that I the LORD am thy Saviour, and I, the Mighty One of Jacob, thy Redeemer.
17 For brass I will bring gold, and for iron I will bring silver, and for wood brass, and for stones iron; I will also make thy officers peace, and righteousness thy magistrates.
18 Violence shall no more be heard in thy land, desolation nor destruction within thy borders; but thou shalt call thy walls Salvation, and thy gates Praise.
19 The sun shall be no more thy light by day, neither for brightness shall the moon give light unto thee; but the LORD shall be unto thee an everlasting light, and thy God thy glory.
20 Thy sun shall no more go down, Neither shall thy moon withdraw itself; for the LORD shall be thine everlasting light, and the days of thy mourning shall be ended.
21 Thy people also shall be all righteous, they shall inherit the land for ever; the branch of My planting, the work of My hands, wherein I glory.
כב  הַקָּטֹן יִהְיֶה לָאֶלֶף, וְהַצָּעִיר לְגוֹי עָצוּם; אֲנִי יְהוָה, בְּעִתָּהּ אֲחִישֶׁנָּה.  {ס} 22 The smallest shall become a thousand, and the least a mighty nation; I the LORD will hasten it in its time. {S}
