I am reading a book titled 'Yeshua, A Guide to the Real Jesus and the Original Church' by Author Dr. Ron Moseley. In his book, Dr. Moseley painstakingly reconnects Christianity to Judaism. Concerning how Jesus taught, Dr. Moseley exclaims, "The Church of Rome was admonished by (Rabbi Shaul) Paul that the Christian faith was never intended to be a repudiation of its Jewish roots, but rather, the engrafted Gentile Church was actually a branch that grew out of the roots (Romans 11:18)
As I speak with people, the world over especially within our black community one constant is race. Louis Farrakhan not only uses race to excoriate everyone not of his thinking but also to celebrate a religious system born approximately 1500 years ago that literally enslaved most of Africa. It staggers the mind at how much of the population of Africa was annihilated under Islamic rule.
I use the following video to portray this historical truth primarily because it is a very good nexus for those who have no clue whatsoever! (Forgive the advertisement YOU may have to click the link below)
Islam & slavery by BLACKMUSICS
In my book, "Un-Coloring Race, Black to Breisheet" I wanted to present a very simple read so as to cause folks to rethink the Color issue. People like Louis Farrakhan or Jesse Jackson, certainly Al Sharpton cling to racial equality as a means to justify themselves. I prefer to cling to the God of Israel who presented to the world a people who not only maintained their identity (with out a country) but who also were the catalyst for Christianity and Islam both. Both Islam and Christianity declare to be the seed of Abraham. Both have tossed the Jews under the bus. The early Gentile church declared the Jews the "OLD" way and Islam declared itself to be a mixture of both Christianity and Judaism with one exception. The god of Islam is not a god of love but one of expectation. In today's world, we have racial hatred and religious hatred. For centuries, the Gentile church did to the Jews what radical Islam is doing today. An attitude of superiority is an under current platitude in both. Both have vilified the Jews, historically for being a blessed people a set apart nation if you will.
- No other nation in the history of this planet has been reborn.
- No other nation in the history of this planet has revived its ancient language.
- No other nation in the history of this world has maintained its identity for just under 2000 years without a country
- No Suicide bombers are Jewish
- No Jewish men have ever boarded commercial airliners in order to kill thousands of people.
- No Jewish children are strapped with explosives in order to kill other chilfdren.
- No Jewish people are killing thousands of people all over the globe in the name of Hashem
I continue to read just about everything that connects me back to the Hebrew people, the nation born in the desert. I am finding such truth and such purpose in knowing my root to the God of Israel as opposed to Alex Haley (ROOTS) or the continent of Africa. Standing with the fallen people that God chose to maintain identity namely Israel and the Jews is simply an absolute in my opinion. I use the word 'Fallen' because all of us live under this curse, all of us! What the world has done to the Jewish people is remarkably evil. What Islam did to Black Africa is worse What Black Africa did to many, many nations under the Pharaoh’s was even worse still. One wonders what life would be like if the nation that walked out of the desert, led by Joshua had kept the commandments.
Black Republicans or conservatives of this day and age are focused on representing another identity. That is to say different from those who I term, the "PLANTATION NATION" The rational for doing so is also from a racial construct. Many Jews hate Israel or side with those who want to see the nation destroyed or at best, peace at any cost. Even if it means Israel to be reduced to the size of a city block.
Glenn Beck was addressing good and evil the other day. [Suggesting Liberals bad, Conservatives, good.] Well he offered more depth but essentially, he was addressing opposition. My point here is to denote the two opposing forces found in just about everything. This is the problem. As I rid myself of racial identity as well as religious denomination or affiliation I find myself choosing life.
Black to Breisheet suggests leaving the darkness in order to return to the beginning. In fact, the Holy Scriptures tell us that God warned us not to choose good or evil because it led to death. Well, we chose the right or wrong of a matter and it has been this way ever since. We did not choose life! Genesis 2:17 "But of the tree of the knowledge of good and evil, you shall not eat of it: for in the day that you eat thereof you shall surely die" So much for those two options. We have a plethora of historical examples concerning making the wrong choice.
John or Yocahnnan wrote [John 14:6] "Jesus (Yeshua} said to him, I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man comes to the Father, but by me." Well, we decided to do it by practicing good and evil.
I do not hate my race or skin color nor do I dislike Christians...I simply am not defined by what each represents today. I am a Christ follower who was Jewish in the flesh so I am reconnecting to his identity as a man. I was purposed to be the skin color appointed my by God himself therefore I am a "Kid of His Kingdom" first. I love studying the Hebraic scriptures because the Black folks and the Christians as well as the Jews [who don't believe in his deity] live in the good and evil world. I live in the truth. I thank people like Dr. Ron Mosely and so many, many others who are joining me! Nevertheless, tossing out any of what the church believes or the Jews believe is stupid. Peeling back the layers of good and evil is recommended.
